Damaged Goods?

On delivery, check the products carefully. If you think these are faulty, damaged or not as described then please email us straight away to octo.candle@gmail.com and we will either resend the products or issue full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights. 


Changed your mind?

We hope that you love your products, but if you are in any way dissatisfied then we will be happy to issue a refund. Please send them back to us unused and in their original packaging, together with a brief explanatory note, within 14 days of the date you received them. You will be refunded as soon as we have received the goods back. Contact us at hello@octolondon.com . if you have any questions or need some help in returning your products. Unfortunately, once the products have been used, we are unable to make a refund unless the product is faulty. If you have made an order and want to cancel it, send us an email to octo.candle@gmail.com. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, you will have to pay the costs for the return.
